Dagens træning 4. oktober

Den 4. oktober 2017 var dagen, hvor det blev præsenteret, at Albani kommer tilbage som sponsor fra næste sæson. Det var dagens store nyhed, men der blev selvfølgelig også trænet i Ådalen.

Vi var på plads til træningen, og der var nogle ansigter, der manglede. Grytebust, Joan, Jens Jakob og Julius Eskesen er afsted med diverse landshold, og Ryan trænede heller ikke med, da man valgte at spare ham lidt. 

Vi plejer at ankomme til Ådalen ca. 9.45, og det er også på det tidspunkt, at de første spillere begynder at komme ud. KEP er ALTID en af de første spillere, der er ude på træningsbanen, og det samme plejer at gøre sig gældende for Festersen, Barrett og Tingager.

Da klokken blev ti samlede Kent lige spillerne, og fortalte en lille smule om St. Pauli, som vi skal møde i en lukket træningskamp torsdag eftermiddag.

Efter det blev der lige løbet en bane rundt, og så blev truppen delt i to hold, der skulle spille mod hinanden, dog uden mål, og det handlede om, at man kun havde en enkelt berøring. Midt i det hele blev det sat på pause, og så var der 5-7 minutters fysisk træning med Janus Blond, inden de startede det samme spil igen.

Efter det blev truppen opdelt i to grupper, hvor den ene gik sammen med Kent, og den anden gik sammen med Bredal. De trænede to forskellige øvelser, der dog generelt handlede om at spille bolden op, og så skulle angriberne få afsluttet. 

På Bredals halvdel var Rasmus Jönsson med, og han havde lidt problemer med at ramme målet i dag. Den ene af hans afslutninger røg meget langt over målet, og Bredal var ikke sen til at sige, at han var sikker på, den var røget helt over og smadre et vindue på OUH.

Omkring dette tidspunkt i træningen kom Daniel Høegh forbi i Ådalen. Han var hjemme på familiebesøg, fordi de havde fået fem fridage i Heerenveen her i landskampspausen, og det var tydeligt at se, at han er meget vellidt i Ådalen. Det var tydeligt at både se og høre, at morgendagens træningskamp mod St. Pauli bliver taget meget seriøst, og der er da også lagt op til, at det er et temmelig stærkt hold, der bliver sendt i kamp.
