Установка счетчика тепла или оплата за отопление по квадратуре?
В «Водомер-Мастер» провели небольшой эксперимент, чтобы выяснить, что выгоднее: использовать теплосчетчики (и терморегуляторы) или платить по средним нормативам потребления, т.е. по количеству квадратных метров жилья?
По состоянию на 2021 год по Киеву и Киевской области установлены следующие тарифы:
Централизованное отопление
без счетчика тепла 1 м2 38,50 грн
Централизованное отопление
с счетчиком тепла 1 Гкал 1654,41 грн
Эксперимент был проведен в 2019 году на примере 2х абсолютно одинаковых квартир (по одному стояку), расположенных в одной и той же новостройке Киева.
Общая площадь каждой квартиры была 99 м2, разница состояла лишь в том, что первая квартира не имела счетчик тепла, а вторая — была оборудована счетчиком отопления и терморегуляторами тепла.
Давайте обозначим их, как квартира А и квартира B соответсвенно.

За полный отопительный месяц в квартиру А приходили платежки с суммой в 3811 грн. А итоговая сумма за весь отопительный сезон (включая половину октября и половину марта) составила 19244 грн.

В квартире B — ситуация обстояла несколько иначе. Сразу нужно отметить, что здесь были установлены терморегуляторы (4 шт) на каждом радиаторе в каждой комнате, с выставленной температурой в 22 градуса (европейская норма) во всех комнатах, кроме детской, где температура была выставлена 24 градуса.
Итак, в самый холодный месяц счет за отопление в квартире B составил 1840 грн. В самый теплый зимний месяц — 1211 грн. Всего за весь отопительный сезон хозяева данной квартиры заплатили 7269 грн.
Т.е. почти на 12 тыс грн меньше, чем хозяева квартиры A.
Для чистоты эксперимента нужно учесть, что хозяева квартиры B потратили 7700 грн на покупку счетчика и 4х термоголовок, а также заплатили 2500 грн за составление проекта в Киевтеплоэнерго + 2000 грн за установку счетчика тепла с выдачей необходимой документации для регистрации:
7700 + 2500 + 2000 + 7269 = 19469 грн
столько потратили за первый год хозяева квартиры B. всего на 200 грн больше, чем в квартире А, но…
…но зато в последующие 3 года межповерочного интервала они будут платить только за потраченные гигакалории тепла!
Представим, что они будут точно такими же как и в первый год. Итого за первые 4 года, в среднем на тепло у них будет затрачено: 19469 + 7269 + 7269 + 7269 = 41276 грн.
При этом, жители квартиры А (если бы после 1-го года эксперимента они так и не поставили бы себе теплосчетчик) за те же 4 сезона заплатили бы примерно: 19244 * 4 = 76976 грн.
76976 грн VS. 41276 грн
счет за 4 года по квадратуре VS. по счетчику тепла. Квартира площадью 99 м2.
Разница очевидна, тотальная и безоговорочная победа теплосчетчиков!
Именно поэтому убедительно рекомендуем следить за сроками следующей поверки счетчика тепла и не откладывать данную процедуру в долгий ящик, если ваш межповерочный интервал подходит к концу!

Как заказать монтаж счетчика тепла?

Пломбируете ли вы установленные счетчики тепла?
После установки теплосчетчика наш мастер производит его временную опломбировку. После передачи документов об установке счетчика тепла в управляющую компанию, к вам придет сотрудник Киевтеплоэнерго или Евро-Реконструкции и установит постоянную пломбу.
Кстати, несмотря на устоявшийся термин, пломбируют не сам счетчик, а место его крепления. Пломба накладывается там, где прибор соединяется с трубопроводом. Сохранность бирки показывает, что ее не снимали без веской причины и согласования с поставщиком услуг.
Кто должен передать документы об установленном счетчике в Управляющую компанию или Киевтеплоэнерго?
Согласно правилам, утвержденным Министерством по вопросам жилищно-коммунального хозяйства Украины, документы в Управляющую компанию или Киевтеплоэнерго должен передавать сам собственник помещения. Это делается очень просто.
Тем не менее, за дополнительную плату мы практикуем услугу самостоятельной передачи документов.

Да, платить по потребленным гигакалориям гораздо выгодней, чем по квадратуре, это очевидный факт.
После проведенного эксперимента для квартиры в 99 квадратных метров, мы выяснили что с установленными счетчиками тепла для такого метража в среднем в год экономится около 9 тыс. грн (что примерно равняется поездке на отдых в Египет).

А если по теме то поставила себе теплосчетчик с регуляторами тепла, в ус не дую, соседи снизу и сверху топят за меня, а мои батареи почти всегда полухолодные, счет тоже 2266 это наверное за весь сезон столько будет.
P.S. В хургаду так пока и не ездили!!??

Долго мониторила интернет и каким-то образом зашла на этот сайт. Наверное понравился дизайн и информативность, прочитала аргументы установки счетчика, сложила математику и так далее. Спустя некоторе время все-таки решилась и позвонила им для того чтобы оставить заявку. Со мной быстро согласовали дату и время. В назначенный день (вроде уже на следующий день) ко мне приехал мастер по имени Алексей для оформления договора на проведение работ. Примерно через 5-6 дней была сделана полная проектная документация (папка со схемами, чертежами, какими-то формулами и вычислениями), и в тот же день был установлен счетчик и термоголовки на радиаторы. счетчик поставили свой, польский, всю зиму отработал хорошо, сегодня пришла платёжка на тепло за декабрь — около 1100 грн за квартиру в 60+ квадратов, по-моему очень даже неплохо!! Поэтому решила сразу отписаться ))

Неплохо, у меня за такую же квадратуру в сталинке пришел счет 2266 гривень! При том что пол декабря батареи были полумертвые. За январь счет вообще боюсь сколько будет! ?? здесь должен бвть мат

Такая же фигня. Только не в сталинке, а панельке. Установка тепловых счетчиков в таких домах возможна тока при полной смене системы труб и коммуникаций в доме. Можно сказать невозможно, кто этим будет заниматься? А так пол дома должников ну ппц
