Striberne (og Albani) er tilbage!

Her til eftermiddag var dagen kommet, hvor Albani officielt skulle overtage hovedsponsoratet i OB fra Carlsberg, og derfor skulle den nye trøje også præsenteres.

Det skulle selvfølgelig ske nede på Albani, hvor der blev afholdt et lille ‘Fredagsbar’ arrangement. Dørene blev åbnet kl. 16, men lige for at trække spændingen endnu mere ud, skulle trøjen først præsenteres kl. 17.

Der var sponsorer, medier, ambassadører og andre inviterede til stede, og blandt de mere prominente navne kan nævnes de tidligere danske mestre, Allan Hansen, Kim Ziegler og Leon Hansen, mens Niels Thorborg, Jesper Hansen, Enrico Augustinus og den tidligere direktør i OS&E, Ole Bang Nielsen, også var til stede.

De odenseanske politikere var selvfølgelig også repræsenteret i form af Jane Jegind og borgmester, Peter Rahbæk Juel, der fik lov til at præsentere trøjen sammen med Jack Jørgensen.

Mens vi ventede på at få udløst spændingen, kom Stadionspeakeren på scenen, og snakkede først med Freddy Larsen fra Albani omkring deres sponsorat, og han fortalte bl.a., at der er blevet lanceret en OB-øl, der kommer i alle butikker, der sælger Albani, fra i morgen lørdag. Det var i øvrigt også de øl, der blev serveret til arrangementet.

Efterfølgende var der en snak med OB’s kommercielle chef, Jack Jørgensen, der ligeledes fortalte lidt om, hvordan det er at få Albani som sponsor igen, og lidt om det fremtidige samarbejde. Han fortalte bl.a. også, at der i næste uge vil blive holdt et pressemøde omkring noget E-Sport, og der vil også komme et pressemøde omkring det nye stadionnavn.

Da klokken endelig blev omkring 17, skulle trøjen præsenteres. Det skete selvfølgelig med en nedtælling.

Trøjen der blev præsenteret er virkelig fed! De brede striber er tilbage, og med Albani på brystet ligner det en rigtig OB-trøje, der oser af stolthed og traditioner. Jeg er ikke et sekund i tvivl om, at det fynske folk tager rigtig godt imod den.

Det var tydeligt at mærke, at der er stor tilfredshed med trøjen hos OB, og de gamle legender var også rigtig glade for at se en klassisk OB-trøje, der minder lidt om den, der blev spillet i, da klubben blev dansk mester for første gang tilbage i 1977.

Efter præsentationen kunne trøjen købes med 20% rabat, og det var der da en del, der benyttede sig af. Den blev meget hurtigt populær blandt dem, der var med til arrangementet.

Alle deltagere fik en goodiebag af OB og Albani, da de tog hjem. Der var dog ikke nogen trøje i, men der var en kasket, et par strømper, to af de nye OB-øl og en reklamekuglepen fra Albani.

Efter arrangementet fik vi en hurtig snak med Jack Jørgensen, og han fortalte os, at der i slutningen af måneden også vil blive præsenteret en ny udebanetrøje, og hvis man også der er gået over i samme klassiske stil, så kan der kun være noget godt i vente.
